America's cup

America's Cup World Series, nine days of great sailing performance 12 to 20 May 2012 in Venice. It will be the fast catamarans AC45 to compete in two regattas very closed to the public. Eleven teams in the race, coming from nine countries and composed by the best sailors in the world including those of Luna Rossa, the only Italian boat in the race. The Racing will be held from 14.00 to about 17.00, on two tracks: one in the open sea, in front of San Nicolò del Lido (route 1), and one in the lagoon (San Marco Basin), between the island of Lido and Piazza San Mark (path 2).

Friday 18 tests of speed and racing fleet Route 2
Saturday 19 Match Race Route 2
